There are so many tools that help kids with reading. One of them is apps! Kids are surrounded by technology nowadays and using computers/tablets can be a huge help to ensure their success. One of my son’s favorite app lately is called SwapTales: Leon! SwapTales: Leon! is an adventure and puzzle game inspired by gamebooks, and perfect for kids and parents to play together. SwapTales: Leon! features 62 interactive pages and 30 alternative endings to unravel!
SwapTales: Leon! is available in 5 languages – English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Love that I have an option to switch it to Spanish to help with his learning.
It has been so fun to come up with different sentences and see the story transform. It is always exciting to get to the end – then switch it up! Leon is a curious little guy who wants to grow up too fast! Reminds me of my boy! My son is always asking questions about the words he sees in the story. We’re always looking forward to what is next in the story.
SwapTales: Leon! is available on iPad and Android devices. The award-winning game has won awards for “Best Writer” at the SACD (French equivalent to the Writer’s Guild) and “Best Kids and Family” at the international casual game conference, Casual Connect 2016.
